At Fasta Pasta, we're fanatical about fresh pasta – and have been since 1982.
In all those years, we've only ever used the finest quality durum wheat and eggs, which give our pasta its distinctive soft texture and tenderness. This allows our pasta to absorb the full flavour of our delicious sauces and other ingredients – qualities that dried pasta can't quite provide.
While we're passionate about keeping our menus fresh, we must confess that one ingredient of our success is our age-old Southern Italian culinary know-how. In fact, some of our recipes that have been passed down through generations, and when we look to introduce a new dish, we often look to the past – with a modern twist or two.

The Fasta Pasta restaurant franchise has been recognised for having some of the most satisfied customers in the country in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.
We're very excited, for the second year running, to be awarded The Quick Service Restaurant of the Year (2012) accolade as part of the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards announced this month.
The Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction ratings are collected from Roy Morgan’s Single Source survey of about 50,000 Australians annually – claimed to be the world’s largest ongoing single source survey.
Each month Roy Morgan publishes the top five organisations from its Customer Satisfaction monitor and the winner for the year is the organisation that has achieved the most months with a number one ranking.
Fasta Pasta Chief Executive, Frank Taddeo says the award bolstered the hard work franchisees across the country had been putting in to the restaurant chain.
“With 37 restaurants across the country, it is vital that Fasta Pasta makes a commitment to customer service and satisfaction,” Frank says. “It is pleasing to see that across the board, customers are responding well to this commitment.
“Along with our quality and fresh ingredients, being able to provide a service that is fast yet meets our customers’ needs is all part of the experience we offer.
“We’ve spent almost 30 years refining our recipes and meeting customers’ expectations and it is satisfying to see the work pay off and our most important critics enjoying what we offer.”

- A FRESH NEW TV CAMPAIGN
‘It’s not only the pasta that’s fresh at Fasta Pasta’. That’s the main message of a new TV ad that Fasta Pasta launched in early February. Aired across the Channel 7 and Channel 10 networks, the commercial takes a light-hearted look the number of the changes that have taken place across Fasta Pasta’s restaurants. This thirty-second TV ad uses a real Italian-born voice over, along with a bouncy, catchy music track – both of which are carried over into a series of shorter ads around specific meal offers and seasonal dishes.
