The Fasta Pasta restaurant franchise has been recognised for having some of the most satisfied customers in the country in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.
We're very excited, for the second year running, to be awarded The Quick Service Restaurant of the Year (2012) accolade as part of the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards announced this month.
The Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction ratings are collected from Roy Morgan’s Single Source survey of about 50,000 Australians annually – claimed to be the world’s largest ongoing single source survey.
Each month Roy Morgan publishes the top five organisations from its Customer Satisfaction monitor and the winner for the year is the organisation that has achieved the most months with a number one ranking.
Fasta Pasta Chief Executive, Frank Taddeo says the award bolstered the hard work franchisees across the country had been putting in to the restaurant chain.
“With 37 restaurants across the country, it is vital that Fasta Pasta makes a commitment to customer service and satisfaction,” Frank says. “It is pleasing to see that across the board, customers are responding well to this commitment.
“Along with our quality and fresh ingredients, being able to provide a service that is fast yet meets our customers’ needs is all part of the experience we offer.
“We’ve spent almost 30 years refining our recipes and meeting customers’ expectations and it is satisfying to see the work pay off and our most important critics enjoying what we offer.”

The Roy Morgan Quick Service Restaurant of the Year 2011 Award
It’s official! Fasta Pasta has some of the most satisfied customers in the country. In the Roy Morgan ‘Quick Service Restaurant’ category we scooped this prestigious award from 16 national competitors. While this is an outstanding accolade for our restaurants and staff, we couldn’t have done it without our loyal customers. So thank you to you all.

In line with Fasta Pasta’s fresh new approach in the marketplace, we needed a fresh new image. Our old logo, with it’s bowl, wings and ‘whoosh’ lines, was appropriate 27 years ago, when ‘fast food’ was a novelty in Australia. However, as tastes and trends have progressed, ‘fresh’ has become even more important to our customers. So our new logo needed to communicate just that. Fresh. The new logo is centred around a swirl of fresh pasta, sitting on red ribbon background, which relates to our Italian heritage. We’ve even included the positioning line ‘Fresh Is Our Middle Name’ on the ribbon, to remind people of just how passionate we are about fresh pasta.

Fasta Pasta opened an all-new restaurant in Murray Bridge, South Australia, at the end of last year. With spectacular views across to the River Murray, the restaurant is one of the highlights of the town’s brand new Market Place shopping centre – and is proving a huge hit with both locals and visitors alike.
At the same time, Fasta Pasta on O’Connell Street in North Adelaide re-opened with new the branding, signage and nearly double the amount of seating, having taken over the vacated store next door.
