The 2009 program proved to be a huge success with over 150 junior football clubs from around South Australia, Broken Hill and the Mildura region enjoying a host of benefits as a part of the program.
Each club involved this year will receive Fasta Pasta vouchers to distribute among players. This has proven to be a very popular initiative as many clubs use their vouchers as awards for "Best Players" and "Encouragement Awards" during club presentations.
Also popular is the chance to form a "Guard of Honour" for the Crows at each home match. In 2010 each club involved will have a chance to win 50 tickets to see the Crows in action and to be the "guard of honour". Also this year each participant in the guard of honour will receive a free Fasta Pasta cap.
Our Fasta Pasta "Crows in Clubs" night was also a huge success in 2009. The Broadview Football Club took out the prize in the "Best Club Sing-Off" followed closely by the Echunga and Barossa Football clubs as judged by past players Matthew Robran and Rhett Biglands and the Crows team. Kids were able to rub shoulders with their heroes on the night as players signed autographs and posed for photos. Other activities on the night included a handball competition, a sprint test and goal kicking.
This year's Fasta Pasta Crows in Club Night "Sing Off" will be held on Wednesday July 28 at the Adelaide Football Club. More information will be provided to clubs prior to this date.
